Design glass products for interiors and exteriors

Downloads

Design glass offers practically unlimited possibilities for playing with color, shape, pattern and texture, both in interiors and in the facades of demanding architecture.

Glass for creation and design

Designed glass products as wall coverings for indoors and outdoors, as robust and elegant surfaces in furniture construction, filigree partition walls, as spectacular partial coatings or ceramic digital printing in interiors and entire facades. Glass enhances surfaces with fluid elegance and is durable for generations.

verfdigiprint

Classic techniques and ceramic digital printing

Finely refined glass

AGC Interpane has been using classic screen printing and sandblasting to refine glass for decades, for example as transparent or frosted glass doors – or as the internationally popular “silk-screen print” to individualize global glass facades, reduce the g-value or ensure privacy.

Ceramic digital printing is ideal for fast and cost-effective glass design both indoors and outdoors – even for Los1. Glass surfaces are finished in high-resolution and intense colors according to specifications and taste.

ipachrome

ipachrome

Reflective partial coating for facades and interiors

Behind ipachrome is a multi-layer system with a light reflectance of over 50 percent – making it as highly reflective as a conventional silver mirror, but considerably more resilient. The coating can be toughened and processed into laminated safety glass, combined with iplus thermal insulation as well as ipasol and Stopray and further processed into insulating glass, for example.

Whether for exterior or interior use, as facade glazing or in store and trade fair construction, whether logos, texts or free ornaments, whether fine lines or opaque surfaces: Thanks to its partial coatability, ipachrome opens up scope for individual design ideas. Motifs can be applied to glass surfaces as masking. This is followed by ipachrome coating and subsequent unmasking. The end result is a detailed and intricately mirrored pane with deep contrast. The glazing thus becomes a visually attractive design component with a high attention value – without compromising on functionality.

Environmental certification

Consistent certification according to Cradle to Cradle

Our products are not only market leaders in terms of technology and aesthetics, but also ecologically: the European AGC Group has been certifying its glazing in accordance with Cradle to Cradle, a strict testing system for sustainability and recyclability, since 2010. “C2C” describes the sustainability of a product over its entire life cycle. For certification, it must meet strict requirements in five categories: Material health, recyclability, renewable energy, water consumption and social responsibility.

The AGC Group has the world’s most comprehensive portfolio of glass products, which are certified at bronze, silver and gold level. This makes the European AGC Group the pioneer for sustainability in the glass industry.
