AGC Interpane Group: Change of ownership completed

Around eleven years ago, AGC Glass Europe acquired a 51% stake in Interpane Glas Industrie AG. At the end of last year, the full takeover was completed with the acquisition of the remaining shares. Sebastian Schmidt and Dominik Waldeyer were appointed as new board members by the AGC Interpane Supervisory Board.

Three good reasons for a conservatory

It is a complex system for the passive use of solar energy that acts as an upstream climate buffer for the house, saving a lot of heating energy. AGC extends guarantee for fire-resistant glass

AGC Glas Europe now offers a ten-year guarantee on its Pyrobel and Pyrobelite fire-resistant glass products. With transparent, foam-forming interlayers, the glazing protects against fire for between 15 and 180 minutes.

Vacuum glass “Fineo” now available in German-speaking countries

Initial optimizations and the corona pandemic have delayed the market launch of the vacuum insulating glazing “Fineo” from the Belgian company Fineoglass (a member of the European AGC Group), but the product, which is in high demand, is now also available in German-speaking markets.
