In addition to completed vocational training or a technical degree, practical experience in the maintenance of industrial plants is very valuable. An independent, solution-oriented approach to work, the ability to work in a team, and a high level of awareness of occupational safety are also important.
Once your online application has been received, it will be reviewed by the Human Resources department and the relevant department. If the impression is positive, this is usually followed by an initial interview, often by telephone or video. In a second, face-to-face interview, you will usually meet your potential supervisors and colleagues and often be given a tour of the plant.
AGC attaches great importance to the continuous development of its employees. There is a wide range of internal and external training courses available. These will help you develop into an expert in a specific field of work.
Yes, in addition to the traditional management career path (e.g., to team or department manager), AGC also offers the opportunity to pursue a specialist career.
